Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every LUV BRQT piece is made with care, and many of our dresses are made to order. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via our courier partners.

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch, available at checkout for most pin codes

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This policy will be updated if and when we begin shipping outside India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your dress's journey to you.

Delays and Exceptions

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delivery timelines are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, regional disruptions, or incorrect address details. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will always work with you to resolve any issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
